Dear Flaming
Thank you for your review,
Fundamentally speaking, all wines lie on the acidic side of the pH spectrum and most range from 2.9 to about 4.0.
The acids in wine are an important component in both wine making and the finished product of wine. They are naturally present in both grapes and wine, having direct influences on the color, balance and taste of the wine as well as its microbiological stability.
The factor affecting the acidity perception of wines is actually not the wine’s pH, but it’s TA that point on the acid’s concentration in the solution.
Unfortunately, there is no direct or predictable relationship between pH and TA, and the same titratable acidity can be measured in different wines with same pH level. The pH is not correlated with the concentration of acids present, but is influenced by their ability to dissociate.
Different wines differ in their acidity level.
As an example our Sauvignon Blanc is very light, fresh and more acidic than Our Barrel aged Chardonnay which displays more round buttery texture. Our Wine experts gladly approaching the guests offering wine-food pairing combination to ensure guest’s taste preferences and expectations are met.
Additionally, all our wines are submitted to Health department check and approved to be exported world-wide after meeting the meticulous international standard.
Our winemaker is world awarded professional, actively judging in international competitions, having more than 13 years of experience in the field.
You more then welcome to visit again and learn more about wine production.
Best wishes
